Purcell Construction Annual Scholarship

The Purcell Construction Annual Scholarship is awarded to a student in their final year of either the Civil & Environmental Engineering Technology B. Tech OR Construction Technology: Management A.A.S. Preference is given to students who graduated from ahigh school in St. Lawrence, Lewis, or Jefferson County.
