Sheila Smith '82 Endowed Scholarship Encouraging Women in STEM

The Sheila Smith ’82 Endowed Scholarship Encouraging Women in STEM was established in 2016 in recognition of the opportunities an education from SUNY Canton provides students studying science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. It is awarded annually to a freshman or continuing student in a STEM-related program who is committed to promoting women in STEM and/or gender equity. These programs include, but are not limited to: all programs in the Canino School of Engineering, Veterinary Science, and Veterinary Technology.
